We have a variety of menus offering very typical Italian food: home made pasta, tomato sauce, eggplants parmesan style, pizza, bread, meat sauce, etc.
We offer cooking lessons in our House Podere le Cave, at the end of each lesson we eat together what was made during the lesson.
Italian cooking lesson
bruschetta, tomato sauce: spaghetti with tomato sauce eggplants parmesan stile, veal escalope with prosciutto and sage, tiramisù.
Tuscan cooking lesson
crostini di fegatini (chicken liver patè), pappa al pomodoro (tomato soup with bread), roast pork, fagioli all' uccelletto (beans with tomato sauce and sage), biscottini di prato e vin santo (cookies with almonds).
Home made pasta lesson
meat souce, lasagne, tagliatelle with crea manda prosciutto, ravioli (ricotta and spinach filling).
pizza, bread and focacce lesson
ciabatta bread, pizza, focaccia di Recco (filling of fresh cheese), bread with nuts, lard and cheese.
summer cooking lesson
tomato's pudding, creamed pepper soup with goat cheese, escalope and zucchini marinated with wine vinegar, fuite brulè.
